PharmaReady Product Specialist
|
TAKE Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Pharmaready Product Specialist to join our team working in our Raleigh, North Carolina office. This individual will play a key role within our development and implementation staff. This individual will become an expert in our PharmaReady product suite.
Duties include but are not limited to; provide new and evaluation customers product demonstrations. Provide on-site customer product training. Review and update product documentation. Provide pre and post sales 1st tier product support. Provide on-site validation (testing). Assist Quality Assurance testing team in developing and executing use-case and specifications based test cases. Provide insight to future product enhancements based on customer and market needs.
Travel Required: Up to 50%
Required Skills:
Experience working with regulatory groups, regulated documents and/or submissions for Life Sciences companies.
At least 3 - 5 years of related experience interacting directly with customers
Experience as an instructor for software product training classes.
Experience as an instructor in both classroom and remote web based training (Live Meeting, WebEx, video conference, etc.) would be a plus.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
High comfort level interacting and discussing how products are used with customers.
Experience writing technical documentation.
Experience providing software testing or software test case development a big plus.

Senior CDISC Analyst

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with clinical data specifically around CDISC SDTM standards.
Overview:
The appropriate individuals will provide primary support for study standardization to the CDISC SDTM by creating the SDTM design specifications, including the Annotated CRF and the specification documents. You will oversee execution of the specification by the implementation team, as well as manage the SDTM design specification lifecycle. You will work closely with the project managers as the primary interface with clients during the standardization projects.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in the medical/technical field or relevant work experience
4-6 years of experience working in pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO, specifically in Clinical Data Management or Biostatistics
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt to a constantly progressing industry
Ability to work independently
Technical qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years experience in CDISC conversion
Strong technical knowledge of the CDISC SDTM
Clinical Data Management and/or Biostatistics experience
Extensive Microsoft Office experience
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the CDISC SDTM Standardization/Analysis process
Perform as a team leader for the CDISC team including planning and executing meetings
Mentor and guide the junior analysts
Development of CDISC SDTM mapping specifications

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to sell our state of the art, high-performance Business Intelligence Solutions and consulting services through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
Candidate must have the ability to manage all aspects of the sales process.
Applicants should have a proven track record in generating a pipeline of prospects, qualifying opportunities with technical and business requirements, negotiating and successfully closing sales.
This position will be based out of our Princeton, NJ office.
Responsibilities Include:
Developing new sales opportunities within established customers and/or channel partners
Manage ongoing relationship and deployment with current clients.
Direct involvement in sales presentations to prospective clients both in person and via webinars
Prospecting for new opportunities within territory, outside customer and/or reseller base
Negotiate contracts and rate structures for consultant placements at both clients and through 3rd parties
Follow-up on marketing initiated leads
Maintain strong industry knowledge and involvement, communicating observations, opportunities and trends to sales and management teams

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven successful sales and Business Development experience in enterprise level Business Intelligence software and services,
Business Objects is a plus
Proven ability to solve client business issues by providing software and services solutions while articulating the ROI
Track record of consistently meeting quarterly activity and revenue targets, including achieving annual sales goals at or above $2 Million in license and services revenue per annum
Proven ability in selling small & large/enterprise transactions within F1000 companies
A track record of interfacing and closing business at VP- and Director-levels
Ability to communicate features and benefits of software applications to both IT and Business stakeholders
Positive attitude, commitment, drive and enthusiasm
Superior communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Computer Science
MBA is preferred
Strong client-facing experience and skills with ability to be self-sufficient with presentations, demos etc.

Clinical SAS Programmer

The Clinical SAS Programmer position is full-time with our company working at our customer sights or working out of our office in Princeton NJ.
We are looking for a person that can be customer facing. We are most interested in your experience with CDISC and submissions.

This person will play a key role within our BI division to provide Business Intelligence Services and Solutions in the New York Metro Area.
We emphasize superior services and product solutions to enhance our customer’s Business Objects and Crystal deployments.
Requirements:
Over 7+ years of IT and 5+ years of "Hands-on" experience with the Business Objects suite of Products
Good understanding of Business Objects XI product installation, architecture and security.
Successfully completed multiple Business Objects Assessment/Migration projects to XI R2
Broad experience with XI R2, Dashboard Manager, EIM, EPM, Crystal Enterprise/Crystal Reports and Crystal Xcelsius
Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server and other RDBMS
Business Objects Certification in XI Release 2 is a plus
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with varied levels of management.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Responsibilities:
Participate in short term projects where your expertise is the key to the project success
Demonstrate aspects of both Business Objects and other third party tools that support Business Objects installations.
These demonstrations will take place both on site at the client and through webinars.
